Looks good actually mate, first thought was the blending, it's okay, but fits really well with the style! - Text is really good, but the slashes is maybe a little too much, well i think they fit, but maybe too big or something, can't really tell what it is
Lightning is really good, just needing some in the top left part, else really good.

Its a good ava your Robben. Im not really a big fan with renders on an icon but this one I like. The yellow line behind robben is really nice, i like the idea. The textures you have used behind robben is nice and corrent. The text is ok but I think you could of maybe placed it in another different place. The only thing I think you could improve is the colour and brightenness.It lacks colour IMO and also the brighteness isnt good, apart from next to the text. You could also mate add a border with a 1px outline and set blending mode to overlay . KIU mate.

Last one is okay mate, the blending is great, i really like it, and some nice and simple lightning, but the picture is just a bit unlucky, Cristiano looks uglier than normal (jokes ), nah he looks like fat or something, it's a bit a shame. - Then the bottom and the text is really bad mate, it's almost ruining the rest to be honest, i think you should try without, because you could get something great out of it mate, really great.
